LOUISE E. URBANIAK passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2005. She was born Vivyan Louise Elkins on Feb. 1, 1919, in Freeport, Texas, to Curtis Elkins and Edythe Marie Trisler. Louise was married to W. S. Foster in 1938, and he was killed during WWII.

They had one son, W. Curtis. She later married Emil H. Brisch . During this time they were with Gaylord Construction Co., building the highways of Texas. After Emil's death due to a car accident in June 1956, Louise and Walter Curtis returned to Houston. She met & married Charles J. Urbaniak in 1958.
