Jean FORBES was born February 21, 1919 in Hammond, Indiana and passed away March 20, 2004 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Robert C. Forbes; daughter, Nancy Brouillard and husband Steve; brother, James Henderson; sister, Isabelle Follmar; three grandchildren, Robert Forbes, Jr., Stuart Forbes, Allison Embry and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her brother, George Henderson; son, Robert Forbes and grandson, Bryan Lloyd. Jean was a longtime resident of the Dallas area. She ran Forbes Dance Academy for almost 30 years. Services will be 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment to follow Restland Memorial Park.
